Our 9th through 12th grade class meets once or twice a month on Sunday mornings at 9:00 am in the Office Suite. Using a variety of video resources as conversation starters, our older teens discuss with adult mentors many of the issues affecting their day to day lives and how they as young Christians can bring the gospel message of love and hope into the world today.
The Senior High and Middle School teens comprise our Episcopal Youth Community (EYC), a group that meets twice a month on scheduled Sunday nights throughout the program year. Time spent in St. David's EYC focuses on four components of life together in community: fellowship, service, spiritual formation, and worship. Many events are just for fun--crop mazes, game nights, ski trips, acolyte festivals, Christmas caroling, and so on, but all are in the company of others on the Christian journey.
Over the past decade, a group of St. David's High School youth has traveled to Honduras for a week long mission trip in the summer. Our youth have volunteered at El Hogar orphanage in Tegucigalpa, the Episcopal Agriculture School in Talanga, and Epiphany Church and School in Villanueva.
