8:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist (Communion)
- a quiet, spoken service utilizing the traditional language (Rite I) of The Book of Common Prayer, 1979
8:50 am - Fellowship in the Sailer Room
9:00 a.m. Education for Adults
10:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist (Communion)
- a sung service, normally utilizing the contemporary language (Rite II) of the Book of Common Prayer, 1979 which includes music led by the St. David's Choir and supplemented by volunteer musical ensembles of the parish:
- St. David's Singers (grade 7 and up)
- Chorister Choir (grade 1 - 6)
- Handbell Choir (grade 5 and up)
- St David's Players (instrumentalists, grade 5 and up)
- Godly Play (our Sunday School offering) is an option for children age 3 - grade 6. During the singing of the Gloria, children and adult leaders process to the St. Nicholas Chapel (on the lower level of the Day School) to hear one of the stories of the Old Testament or teaching of Jesus and then divide into age/grade groups to reflect on the story -- through action, crafts, and conversation, depending on age. Those who attend Godly Play return to church immediately following the choir anthem to be with their families for communion.
